We are now taking submissions for upcoming 16 week Intensives with Director's Martin Donovan & Dan Ireland 
Come refine and showcase your talent where it counts, in front of a working Director. For the first time in Hollywood and unlike any other studio, The Director's Playhouse provides unknown actors direct access to known Hollywood Directors. Our character development intensives allow you to interact with the director, create a character, and develop it each week. Here you will interact with our Directors on-camera, while projected on the big screen. We can't say more - you just need to come experience it. It is totally captivating and enlightening at The Director's Playhouse.
Our featured resident Actors/Directors are Martin Donovan, Dan Ireland, Dan Castle, Rocco LaPenna, & Francesca Ursone. They have discovered talent, launched careers and directed highly acclaimed films. They have worked with: Mark Wahlberg, Johnny Whitworth, Dalton James, Rene Zellweger, Jessica Chastain, Christopher Reeve, Emmy Rossum, Vincent D'Onofrio, Colin Firth, Gabriel Byrne, Selma Hayek, Thomas Jane, Rupert Friend and Joan Plowright, to name a few.
Our Directors will provide a unique opportunity to
create a character that could become part of a film or TV project.
